Sunday in the Centro

We had hear that all of the older people go to dance in the main plaza.  It was true!  It was so cool!  They were playing live music and the streets were all blocked off and jam-packed of people dancing! It was the cutest!  Then around the main plaza there were a bunch of booths set up selling stuff.  Of course they were all over us trying to get us to buy stuff since we’re OBVIOUSLY American tourists.  My favorite thing to to act like I don’t speak English cause that way they can’t really pressure me too much into buying stuff.  It’s not very nice but it really works.  But with someone that I want to buy something from, I speak to them in Spanish.  It works pretty well, believe it or not!

We stayed there for a few hours before we headed home.  I love this city at night!! It’s so beautiful!!  My pictures don’t even really do it justice.

I bought this adorable little baby huipil…I couldn’t resist! It’s perfect!!
